Thanks Mam Ammie for the dinner at Balay Dako. Balay Dako is a famous restaurant in Tagaytay, Philippines. In this restaurant they serves Filipino food. This place was amazing because we eat dinner with the view (taal volcano). We order a Filipino cuisine such as :

  • Kare kare Klasik : Ox cheeks, tripe and meat stewed in a peanut puree sauce with eggplant, okra, chinese cabbage, and string bean.

  • Sinigang ng Balay : Housemade sour soup, with a selection of souring ingridient: Sampok, manggang hilaw, kamias, bayabas or batuan.

  • Halo - Halo Klasiko : A traditional dessert of preserved red beans, sweet purple yam, sweatened plantains, creme caramel, roasted rice flakes, jackfruit topped with shaved and evaporated milk.
